Spray Tan Prep & After Care
before your appointment
- complete all other cosmetic procedures (lashes, nails, etc.) at least 24 hours prior to your tan.
- fully exfoliate, shave or wax at least 12 hours before your tan. proper exfoliation is key to a flawless tan.
- Shower before your appointment (avoid using dove or products that are similar)
- Don't wear any jewelry, makeup, deodorant, body lotion or facial moisturizer during your session.
After your appointment
- Wear dark loose fitting clothing after your tan, avoid bra's and underwear.
- Your tan will appear darker immediately after you are sprayed, don't worry this is just the bronze color guide and will rinse off
- relax while your tan develops! Avoid any sweating, skin-on-skin contact, exercise, etc. as this can affect how your tan develops.
- rinse in room temperature water (the colder the better) at the appropriate time with no soap. Pat dry.
- Moisturize your skin using a spray tan friendly lotion
- be Patient, your tan is fully developed at 24 hours.
